Senior Designer

Location: USA - Remote (Only in the following states: IL, MI, MN, NC, FL, TX, CO, ID)

Ten Speed is a fully remote marketing agency specializing in high-quality content marketing and SEO for B2B companies. We believe well-executed content marketing and SEO strategies paired with compelling design can be major differentiators for B2B companies, helping them increase brand awareness, decrease CAC, and grow revenue.

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Designer to help us elevate our brand and expand design services for our clients.

This is a unique opportunity that gives you the best of both worlds:

• In-house design – Own and evolve our agency’s brand across web, social, and marketing materials
• Client work – Build out design services to support our clients’ SEO and content marketing efforts, from blog visuals and social graphics to web design and data-driven PDF reports

This role will be heavier on in-house work to start while building out the services side. Over time, the role will shift to be approximately 70% client work and 30% in-house work, with the ability to bring on additional design support for client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Own our brand’s visual identity – Design website assets, social media graphics, sales collateral, and other marketing materials for Ten Speed
• Lead client-facing design projects – Create blog visuals, infographics, interactive charts, data visualizations, and web page designs
• Design (and refine) web experiences – Work on our website and client sites, collaborating with developers to bring designs to life
• Help build & shape our design services – Create new service lines and identify opportunities to bring high-value design to our clients
• Stay ahead of the curve – Utilize AI design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity

You’re a fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in visual/graphic design
• Can create custom illustrations – Not just templates, but unique, compelling visuals
• Excel at data visualization – You can turn complex information into digestible, engaging graphics and charts
• Understand web design & front-end development – You don’t need to code from scratch, but you get how design translates to Webflow, HTML/CSS, etc.
• Are fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, and Webflow
• Are AI-savvy – You know how to leverage AI tools to speed up workflows and enhance creativity

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience working with B2B/SaaS companies
• Experience working in an agency
• Experience working remotely

Salary & Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a base salary of $85,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. In addition to salary, this role is eligible for the following benefits and perks: 

• Work from anywhere with four hours of overlap with Central Time
